The equipment of the barreled water production line is briefly described as follows:
Film cutting and capping machine: This equipment is used to avoid manually cutting the label on the barrel opening with a blade, which may cause scratches on the barrel opening, so as to extend the service life of the barrel. The equipment uses a high-temperature film cutting gun to cut the labels at the barrel mouth without hurting the barrel and requiring manual treatment. When the conveyor chain moves, the empty barrel enters the automatic cap remover. After the empty barrel signal is in place, the cap remover immediately moves down to remove the cap of the empty barrel, and uses the wind system to blow the cap to the designated position for recycling.
External brushing and internal high-pressure washing machine: it is a revolutionary product of the barrel washing machine. It is the killer of stubborn stains of green moss. High pressure internal and external barrel washing can solve the pain points of internal washing in the waterworks. 360 degree no dead angle high-pressure water jet cleaning. The positive and reverse rotation solves the problem that the inner wall and bottom of the special-shaped barrel are not easy to clean. 20-100 kg pressure regulation. Clean the outside with a brush. There is no residue on the inner and outer walls, and there is no abrasion or scratch on the barrel.
Automatic barrel loading device: automatically feed empty barrels into the barreled water filling machine through the action of air cylinder.
Barreled water filling machine: it integrates disinfection, washing, filling and capping. Conventional water filling machine is preferred for 12-18 times, and each time is 15 seconds. The flushing time can be adjusted automatically. In this process, the outside of the barrel is also sprayed with a nozzle, and the nozzle is lifted to the inside of the empty barrel to disinfect and spray the inside of the barrel. The cleaned empty barrel is sent to the filling position through the automatic barrel lowering device for filling. The overflowing water in the process will return to the pure water tank to avoid waste of finished water. The filled barrel is covered and sealed by the conveyor chain.
Automatic capping machine: The automatic capping machine is mainly used to transport the bottle caps from the low position to the capping machine hopper at the high position. It is an auxiliary equipment of the three in one filling machine. The output can be 5000 pieces/hour - 36000 pieces/hour, customized according to customer requirements. It can be used for all kinds of beverage bottle caps (including plastic caps, aluminum caps, metal caps, yellow caps, etc.).
On line end sterilizer: the end is sent to the end trimming device through the automatic end capping machine. A photoelectric detection device is designed in the end trimming device to control the start and stop of the end capping machine, so that the end capping machine can start when the end cap is missing and stop when the end cap is full. The lid is straightened through the lid handling device, and then enters the internal slide of the end sterilizer in turn. Under the action of the wind, the lid is pushed forward in turn. During this process, the lid is washed with disinfectant, recycled water, and finished water in turn. After air drying, the lid enters the slide in turn, and waits for hanging the lid. Compared with the traditional disinfection method, it saves manpower, has a high degree of automation, avoids the secondary contact between the lid and the air, and effectively improves the quality of barreled aquatic products.
Light inspection equipment: manually detect whether there are impurities in the barreled water, eliminate defective products, and provide healthy barreled water products to consumers.
Automatic labeling machine: This equipment can automatically label the barrel mouth, instead of manual labeling, and is generally used in large-scale bottled water production.
Steam shrinking furnace: generate high temperature steam by electric heating, and use the high temperature steam to shrink the barrel mouth film, which is tightly attached to the barrel mouth surface.
Full automatic code printer: The code printer uses high energy density laser beam to locally illuminate the surface of the workpiece, so that the surface material can be rapidly vaporized, exposing deep substances. It can automatically generate serial numbers, date numbers, bar codes, and two-dimensional codes, saving labor and reducing production costs, improving quality and efficiency.
Full automatic bagging machine: It can replace manual bagging and directly connect with the conveyor line to complete automatic bagging and sealing.
Stacker: automatically arrange the finished barreled aquatic products, and stack the barreled water according to the set procedure, which greatly reduces the manpower.
